At Delaplane Spirits the aspiration is to produce artisan small batch vodka of the highest quality. With tones of vanilla and butterscotch Delaplane is an extremely smooth drinking vodka. The distillery is owned and operated by Matthew Delaplane, a fifth generation farmer on the Delaplane homestead. It is a top priority on the family farm to source as much as possible from our community. Everything from the fruit used as well as the bottle itself is obtained locally, supporting the local economy means nothing if you're not willing to do it yourself.
